No, registering for WorldMobile does not create a new traveler profile. The app pulls details from the traveler’s existing profile with World Travel, Inc. To ensure the app accurately syncs itineraries, travelers must register using the same email address associated with their current profile.
For a traveler account, only one email and one phone number can be associated with a profile in WorldMobile.

Yes. All future trips booked after a traveler has downloaded and registered on WorldMobile will automatically appear—whether the booking is made online or through a travel agent.
Previously booked trips will not populate, so we recommend registering as soon as possible to ensure all upcoming travel is captured and easily accessible in one place.
WorldMobile is designed to help travelers manage trips, not book them directly. However, it offers quick access to your company’s preferred online booking tool and an easy way to contact a travel agent.

Once a trip is booked—whether online or with an agent—it will automatically sync to the app, giving travelers a centralized place to manage their itinerary, receive real-time updates, and access helpful travel tools.
Note: WorldMobile does not trigger a single sign-on (SSO) itself, but it will open your online booking tool’s app if installed. If SSO is set up on your device, it will work as expected.
In WorldMobile, a trip is any combination of air, hotel, and car reservations that are connected or have overlapping dates. Even if multiple booking records (PNRs) are used, the app groups them into a single trip for easy access.
For example, if a traveler leaves on Monday and travels for two weeks across three cities, staying in three different hotels and renting two cars, all these details will appear as one trip in the app—no need to manage separate itineraries.
A traveler’s trip will include flight details, hotel and car confirmation numbers, and direct contact information for quick access while on the go. Everything is in one place, making it easier to stay organized.
