Liz started at World Travel 29 years ago as a part-time after-hours agent. She now oversees all aspects of the company and manages vendor relations and contracts. Liz managed the company’s leisure department and served as Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and President before being named Chair, CEO and President. She has served on the advisory boards of several airlines and is currently a member of the Airline Reporting Corporation’s executive council and Delta’s advisory board. Liz received the ASTA Barbara O’Hara advocacy award for her work on Capitol Hill in 2013. Liz’s favorite vacation destinations are Italy and Paris, and she enjoys traveling and cooking.
Jim is World Travel's Founding Director. Jim has lead World Travel from its days as a two-employee company to its current annual sales totals of more than $1 billion. His years of experience and deep understanding of the corporate travel landscape have made him an industry visionary with a firm commitment to the company’s clients and his team. Jim’s favorite vacation destination is the Pocono Mountains. He enjoys spending time with his family and Rottweiler named Attila.
Erika has spent a career in the global travel and tech industries, delivering the transformative strategies that have increased revenue, driven global expansion, streamlined operations for efficiency, and positioned companies in the US and across Latin America for revenue growth and market dominance. Erika is a proud Hispanic executive, industry visionary and is highly valued for her ability to bring diverse people and priorities together. She currently sits on Boards with WTI and BTN Group’s travel publication The Beat, was a Founding Advisory Board Member with MedTravel and has lent her expertise and advocacy leadership to a number of organizations committed to diversity, inclusion and women in business.
Monisa is a Senior Executive with over 25 years of transformational leadership and management experience in the travel industry. Her latest venture includes starting her own business MCline & Co dedicated to helping companies achieve their goals by developing actionable leadership strategies to drive revenue and cultivate talent. Her career accomplishments include being honored as the “Allied Member of the Year” by the Global Business Travel Association and serving as president of the Continental Management Association. She was recognized as one of Houston’s “Top Fifteen Business Women” by the National Women’s Council and National Diversity Council.
Mariann has spent the entirety of her 18-year career with Columbia Chemical and has worked her way up to being named CFO in 2022. She serves as our chairperson of the Communications and Administrative Committees on the Board of Directors. She is passionate about ESOP education and promotes ESOP philosophy and the benefits of ownership culture to employees, fellow businesses, and elected officials. She also serves as the President of The ESOP Association’s OH/KY Chapter and is also a part of their national advisory committee on Ownership Communication and Culture.
Mark is World Travel’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aramark and QVC, where he was a member of the original management team and served as the company’s travel manager among other responsibilities, and as an independent business adviser before joining the World Travel team in 2016. Mark graduated from Penn State University and earned his MBA from Drexel University. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania institutes of certified public accountants. Mark’s favorite vacation destination is his 100-year-old shore house in Ventnor, NJ. He enjoys fixing things, riding his road bike, and reading.
Monica is World Travel’s Corporate Counsel and Secretary. She has previous in-house experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries where she advised her clients on practical strategies and solutions for both legal and business matters. Prior to her in-house experience, she worked in private practice where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial restructuring. She obtained her law degree and her MBA from Villanova University. Monica’s favorite vacation destination is Scotland. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, cooking and reading.
