Barbara Barnard joined World Travel in 2024 with over thirty years of experience in the travel sector. She has worked in sales for more than three decades at some of the industry's top travel companies, including Amadeus, Rosenbluth International, and CWT. Her experience has made her an expert in innovative problem-solving and sales strategy. Her success as a sales leader is driven by her passion for fostering strong customer relationships. Barb also currently serves on the Board for One Global. Her favorite place to travel for vacation is Stone Harbor, New Jersey. She loves traveling the globe, but nothing can compare to the generations of family traditions and memories Stone Harbor holds.

Pam joined World Travel in 2014 and has over 30 years of travel and tourism experience. As COO, Pam establishes the corporate operational vision and strategy of the organization that provides optimal service performance that is aligned with the objectives of all World Travel accounts. Pam is a graduate of Massasoit Community College for Travel and Tourism and holds a B.S. in Leadership from Northeastern University. Her favorite travel destination is everywhere; “Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer” (anonymous quote). In her free time, she loves to be outdoors and spend time with family and friends (two- and four-legged).

Monica is World Travel’s corporate counsel. She has previous in-house experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries where she advised her clients on practical strategies and solutions for both legal and business matters. Prior to her in-house experience, she worked in private practice where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial restructuring. She obtained her law degree and her MBA from Villanova University. Monica’s favorite vacation destination is Scotland. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, cooking and reading.

Barb joined World Travel team in 1987 as an agent on the reservation floor and now oversees the company’s Account Manager Team as EVP. Over the years, she has served as the manager of the after-hours reservation department, an account manager, and the Director of Client Services since she arrived at the company. Barb holds a degree in travel and tourism from Brandywine College. Barb enjoys reading and hiking. Her favorite vacation destination for relaxation is Jamaica, but she loves to visit new places in the United States and around the world.

As Chief Customer Officer, Brett leads our customer-facing teams to ensure our customers are equipped to run high-performing, value-driven travel and expense programs. With more than 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, he brings a strong record of advancing customer success and organizational growth. Brett is known for his collaborative leadership style, his passion for developing high-performing teams, and his commitment to drive program performance and leverage technology to enhance customer experience. Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with family and friends, tackling DIY home projects, and exploring new cities. While he loves discovering new destinations, his favorite place to unwind will always be Northern Michigan because of its expansive beauty in all four seasons.

Ivan facilitates World Travel’s technology transformations while improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ivan’s 25 years of industry experience have made him an expert on the intersection of technology and customer service. He’s been recognized with a CIO 100 Award from CIO International, a Concur Innovation Award and a CIO of the Year award from the Society of Information Management. Ivan’s favorite vacation destination is Hawaii. He enjoys racing cars, riding motorcycles and surfing.

Chris is responsible for the monthly and annual close of the company’s financial records, developing GAAP accounting policies and procedure and overseeing the finance and accounting department. Chris served in management roles with Hay Group, Cmedia and Continuum Health Care before joining World Travel. In these previous positions, he was responsible for managing domestic and international internal audits, budget preparation and the integration of several acquisitions into company policy and financial processes. He is a certified public accountant and earned a degree from the University of Scranton. Chris enjoys running and woodworking in his spare time. His favorite vacation destination is Hawaii, with Australia and South Africa tied for a close second.
