WorldWatch is a web portal operated by World Travel, Inc. (‘World Travel,” “we” or “our” or “us”) which travelers, travel managers, and other authorized persons1 (“users,” or “you”) can access using the internet. Using WorldWatch, travel managers and other authorized personnel have access to relevant travel related content to assist them with the overall management of a corporate travel program, including but not limited to links to other internet sites and access to a survey view of travel segments (air/car/hotel) booked by travelers through World Travel, Inc.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using WorldWatch. In addition to this Privacy Policy, you should also carefully read the WorldWatch Terms & Conditions. In fact, by simply using WorldWatch, you agree and consent to this Privacy Policy and the WorldWatch Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of them, do not use WorldWatch.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of those who entrust us with their personal data. Our clients trust and expect that we will protect their personal data in accordance with the promises we make. Any and all personal data processed by WorldWatch will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to third parties, except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
Your use of WorldWatch is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and its companion Terms and Conditions. By using this Portal, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy.
1. What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices regarding the data we process, including personal data, in connection with the services and products we provide to our clients through WorldWatch.
By using WorldWatch or otherwise interacting with us, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically, as it may be updated from time-to-time. World Travel, Inc. has the right to update this Privacy Policy anytime and without notice.
2. What information does WorldWatch collect, and how is it used and shared?
For the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we explain here what categories of personal data we process usingwhere we got it from, and with whom we have shared it. You may request a list of specific data elements that are processed by WorldWatch anytime by emailing privacy@worldtravelinc.com. In addition, a list of personal data processed by WorldWatch that is accurate as of the effective date of this policy is attached as Exhibit A.
We will only use personal data to the extent it is necessary to deliver our services. In some jurisdictions, individuals may have the right to withdraw consent from certain uses. If you reside in such jurisdictions, you may have additional rights which are detailed below. In all cases, any service providers will be contractually limited in the way they may use personal data maintained by World Travel, Inc. including requirements that such information be maintained in a confidential and secure manner.

Third Party Connections to WorldWatch:
World Travel, Inc. may import data from third parties, including but not limited to publicly available information from the U.S. Department of State, universities and colleges. A list of the third party connections to WorldWatch is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Some users may be able to import trip data for reservations that World Travel did not make (usually referred to as “out-of-program reservations”). This ability is supported by a third party: TRAXO, Inc. (“TRAXO”). TRAXO’s itinerary integration functionality will be enabled for all of World Travel’s customers by default. Travel managers are given the ability to opt out on behalf of an entire company, but there is no individual traveler option by design. Customers do have the ability to opt out, if that occurs any out of program bookings will be deleted from World Travel’s systems and will not be viewable through the App. You cannot elect to “turn on” TRAXO’s functionality for one individual traveler. If your company elects to enable the App’s ability to import trip data from reservations that were not made by World Travel each traveler will be issued a TRAXO member identification number.
In Connection with Business Transfers:
In the event that a division, a product or all of World Travel, Inc. is bought, sold or otherwise transferred, or is in the process of a potential transaction, personal data will likely be shared for evaluation purposes and included among the transferred business assets, subject to client contractual requirements and applicable law.
To Comply with Laws:
World Travel, Inc. may also disclose specific personal data when such disclosure appears necessary to comply with applicable law, a subpoena in the course of managing a dispute, governmental inquiry or other litigation process. We may also disclose information to our accountants, auditors, agents, lawyers and other advisors in connection with the enforcement or protection of our legal rights or to protect the interests or safety of our clients, our clients’ customers or employees or others, in accordance with or as authorized by law.
3. What are cookies and how do we use them and other technologies?
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that a website, online application, or email may save to your browser or your computer’s hard drive for use in subsequent visits to the website or online application. WorldWatch does not use cookies.
Analytics
World Travel, Inc. may use Amazon Pinpoint or similar strategies from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to evaluate use of the App for our internal purposes, such as evaluating usages of the App. To learn more about Amazon Pinpoint navigate to: https://aws.amazon.com/pinpoint/.
Do Not Track
WorldWatch does not have any privacy settings that you can control. However, you can control whether you leave WorldWatch and connect to a third-party site. If you have installed “do not track me” (“DNT”) software on your device’s internet browser, it will still work as long as the third party site responds to DNT signals.
4. How does World Travel, Inc. protect personal data?
Personal data processed by WorldWatch, is encrypted in transit and at rest. Some of the data is stored in World Travel, Inc.’s databases located behind its network firewall in data centers that are located in its office buildings (“on prem”) in Exton, Pennsylvania and Douglassville, Pennsylvania. Other data is processed and stored in AWS. 5. How long does World Travel, Inc. retain my personal data?
WorldWatch does not cause World Travel, Inc. to store any data that it would not normally store as part of the services that it provides to its corporate customers. World Travel, Inc. stores data related to WorldWatch for a maximum of three years, plus the current twelve months, on a rolling basis.
6. What are my choices concerning my personal data?
You cannot edit any of the personal data processed by WorldWatch. You cannot change or edit trip data or data about your device.. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy and other policies applicable to any third party and/or third party service.
7. How is this Privacy Policy enforced?
We have put in place mechanisms to monitor and verify our ongoing adherence to this Privacy Policy. We encourage individuals covered by this Privacy Policy to raise any concerns that they have about the way that we process their personal data by emailing us at privacy@worldtravelinc.com. We take your questions and concerns seriously and will do our best to resolve them.
8. What is World Travel, Inc.’s policy on kids’ privacy?
WorldWatch is not directed toward children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has accessed WorldWatch without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). If you become aware of any personal data we have collected from children under age 13, please email us immediately at privacy@worldtravelinc.com.
9. Access, Objection, Correction and Deletion
In certain jurisdictions, you may have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, information about the purposes of that processing, and information about the recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed. You may also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided and/or request its deletion. In addition, it is our policy that all information considered private, confidential, proprietary, or a trade secret, will not be disclosed to third parties or to our employees without a specific and legitimate “need to know.” If there is a question of whether certain information is considered confidential, the employee must first check with his/her supervisor before divulging such information.
Finally, our employees shall not disclose a client’s or traveler’s private or personal data to a third party (e.g., another person, an airline, car rental company, or hotel) unless the employee has the client’s or traveler’s permission to do so. 10. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, California law provides you with the following rights with respect to your personal data:

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for your email address, telephone number, or information about your company’s relationship with World Travel, Inc. We also may use a third-party verification provider to verify your identity.
Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of the Client Services.
For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, World Travel, Inc. has not sold any personal data about its clients; nor does it have any plans to do so in the future.
11. Cross-border transfer of personal data
In some cases, personal data that we process, including information from our clients located in various countries, including in Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Switzerland may be transferred to the United States or other countries that may not have data privacy laws that provide the same protection as the countries where you reside. You understand that your personal data may therefore be transferred, processed and stored outside of your country of residence, and therefore may be available to government authorities under lawful orders and laws applicable in such foreign jurisdictions. We are transparent about the ways in which we collect and use personal data and welcome your questions and concerns. We will review and update this policy as required to keep current with rules and regulations, new technologies and security standards.
