How do I reset my password?

Go to www.concursolutions.com. Enter your username, click Next. Click on the Forgot Password button. Enter the username associated with your account, and click send. You will receive an email from SAP Concur that will prompt you through the password reset process.

I’ve found the flights I want to book, how do I move forward?

Click the Select Fare button of the desired airfare option to make your selection.

Why can’t I find the flights I’m looking for at certain time of day?

Use the "filter" options to filter your results based on number of stops, airline, departure time, or policy. Additionally, you can use the "sort by" option to sort your results by price, time, trip duration, preferred airlines, or emissions.

How do I know that I’ve completed my booking on concur?

Proceed with the booking process until you reach the Finalize page. After filling in any necessary fields, press the Finalize button and ensure the Trip Confirmed message appears.

How do I book a flight?

Click on the Air/Rail Icon. Enter the departure and arrival airports or cities. Enter the dates of travel. Select the Time Preferences button to enter a desired flight time and search window. (If no time preferences are selected, the default search will be for the entire day.) Click the search button. Filter and sort your results to narrow your search. Once you have found the flight you desire, click the panel on the left to view details of the flight, including flight number, duration, aircraft type, carbon footprint, on-time performance, and a link to preview the seat map. To the right will be the available airfare options, which will include a description of what is included with purchase. Click the Select Fare button to make your choice. Repeat this process for any continuing and/or return flights. On the Review and Book page, you may select seats, and review the price summary. Check the box indicating that you accept the rules and restrictions that apply to the selected airfare. Then click Book and Continue. This will take to you the Finalize page. Enter any required fields. Click the appropriate links to Add Accommodation or Add Rental Car. If no hotel or rental car is needed, click Finalize to complete the booking. Or, click the Cancel Trip, or Hold Trip links if desired. Once finalized, you will see the Trip Confirmed message.

How do I book a car?

Click the car icon. In the Pickup box, search for either an airport or an off-airport location. Next, input the pick-up and drop-off dates and times. Click the Search Car Rentals button. On the results page, use the Filter options to select your preferred car vendor and size. The bold rate in each rental car option shows the estimated total cost, including taxes and fees, with the per-day rate listed below. Click the Select button to choose your option. On the Review and Book page, click the Book and Continue button to move to the Finalize page. After reviewing your itinerary, fill in any required fields. Click Finalize to complete the booking, or choose the Cancel Trip or Hold Trip links if needed. Once finalized, you will see the Trip Confirmed message.

Why do I get an error that says FG required when booking a hotel?

If you get an error during a hotel booking that says FG number required, it means that you either need to add a frequent guest number for that hotel or chose the next highest rate. Frequent guest numbers are free and can be obtained at the hotel website.

How do I book a hotel?

Click on the hotel icon. In the Destination box, enter your preferred hotel location by typing a city, town, postal code, reference point, landmark, airport, or corporate location. Next, input your check-in and check-out dates, and click the Search Accommodations button. On the results page, utilize the Filter and Sort options to narrow down your search. Once you have identified the hotel you want, click the View Rooms button. After selecting the desired room category, review the cancellation policy, and click the Select button. On the Review and Book page, tick the box to confirm that you accept the hotel's rules and restrictions. Then click the Book and Continue button to proceed to the Finalize page. After reviewing your itinerary, complete any required fields. Click Finalize to complete the booking, or select the Cancel Trip or Hold Trip links if necessary. Once finalized, you will see the Trip Confirmed message.

Why is my trip that I cancelled not showing up in my library?

When viewing your trip library results – please make certain to include the date/dates traveled and also check mark the box “Include Withdrawn Trips”.

It's not allowing me to update my credit card number?

The pencil (edit) icon – will only allow you to update your expire date or billing address on the current credit card account listed. To replace a current card with a new card to be used for travel – click on the Trash can icon to the right to remove the old card, then click on the red hyper-link Add a credit card” to insert a new form of payment in your profile. Click save in the pop-up box and click save again on the profile page.

How do I cancel my upcoming trip?

Click on the upcoming trips tab, locate the trip name/description of the trip you wish to cancel. Under the Action section click Cancel Trip. A window will pop-up that is warning about canceling your trip, click OK to cancel.
