Go to www.concursolutions.com. Enter your username, click Next. Click on the Forgot Password button. Enter the username associated with your account, and click send. You will receive an email from SAP Concur that will prompt you through the password reset process.
Click on the view fares button, next click on the monetary amount to book the flights you are wanting.
Please change your search window to that particular time of day and change the search option from shop by price to shop by schedule. Searching by price will populate round trip flight suggestions at what Concur finds to be the lowest airfares – your specific flights may not be the lowest cost options and may not show in the lowest price search options presented. Searching by schedule will allow you to select the individual outbound and return flights.
Continue to click on the blue next button at the bottom of the page until you click on the confirm booking/purchase ticket button. The final page will say “Finished”. You can now click to return to the travel center.
Click on the Air/Rail Icon. Enter the airport you want to leave from and the airport you are going to. Enter the dates and times. (Note the searching by price will pair outbound and return flights together, searching by schedule will allow you to individually select the outbound and return flights.) Click the search button. Once the flight matrix displays you can then select the flights you desire. If searching by schedule you must select the outbound flight and then the return flight. Once you have found the flights you desire, you will need to click on the view fares button. This will display the fare options, along with baggage information, and refundability information. Then you will click on the numeric value of the fare option you wish to select. On the Review and Reserve flight page, this will allow you to select seats, and to review the price summary. Click Reserve flight and Continue. This will take to you the Travel Details page. After reviewing your itinerary at the bottom of the page click next. Continue to the Trip Booking Information page. Enter any required fields. Click the next button to continue to the Trip Confirmation Page. To COMPLETE BOOKING, please press the "Purchase Ticket" or “Confirm Booking” Button after reviewing this page. To CANCEL, press the Cancel button. The final page will say “Finished”. You can now click to return to the travel center.
Click the car icon. Enter the pick-up date and time, along with the drop-off date and time. Select Airport or Off-Airport. Enter the search criteria and click on the search button. Select the car vendor and car size. This will display the car details the cost per day and the total cost. (Total cost: Rates and total cost do not include charges for optional services such as fuel and insurance waivers. These and any additional fees or surcharges may be applied at the time of rental. Any currency conversion is based on the exchange rate for that day. The final price at the time of rental may be different.) Click the total cost. Continue to the Review and Reserve Car Page. Click Reserve Car and Continue. Continue to the Travel Details page. After reviewing your itinerary at the bottom of the page click next. Continue to the Trip Booking Information page. Enter any required fields. Click the next button to continue to the Trip Confirmation Page. Click Confirm Booking. The final page will say “Finished”. You can now click to return to the travel center.
If you get an error during a hotel booking that says FG number required, it means that you either need to add a frequent guest number for that hotel or chose the next highest rate. Frequent guest numbers are free and can be obtained at the hotel website.
Click on the hotel icon. Enter the dates, select one of the 4 search options, enter the search criteria and click the search button. Once you have found the hotel you are looking. Click the View Rooms button. To review the hotels rules and cancellation policy, click on the link below the room option description. Select the blue Rate button for the room you wish to book. On the Review and Reserve Hotel page check the *I agree to the hotel's rate rules, restrictions, and cancellation policy box then click Reserve Hotel and Continue. Please note you will have a live hotel reservation at this time. Continue to the Travel Details page. After reviewing your itinerary at the bottom of the page click next. Continue to the Trip Booking Information page. Enter any required fields. Click the next button to continue to the Trip Confirmation Page. Click Confirm Booking. The final page will say “Finished”. You can now click to return to the travel center.
When viewing your trip library results – please make certain to include the date/dates traveled and also check mark the box “Include Withdrawn Trips”.
The pencil (edit) icon – will only allow you to update your expire date or billing address on the current credit card account listed. To replace a current card with a new card to be used for travel – click on the Trash can icon to the right to remove the old card, then click on the red hyper-link Add a credit card” to insert a new form of payment in your profile. Click save in the pop-up box and click save again on the profile page.
Click on the upcoming trips tab, locate the trip name/description of the trip you wish to cancel. Under the Action section click Cancel Trip. A window will pop-up that is warning about canceling your trip, click OK to cancel.
