- Treat this gift card as cash. It will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen.
- Your use of the gift card indicates your consent to these terms and conditions.
- Your gift card may only be used to purchase a leisure travel trip/reservation from World Travel, Inc. Stated another way, the gift card is only redeemable by World Travel, Inc.
- You may have monies added to the card to increase your card balance at any time before the card’s expiration date. To do this, contact vacations@worldtravelinc.com.
- Your gift card is valid for three years after the date the card was issued, unless the balance is depleted or paid to you (the cardholder), as provided herein, or unless the state where you reside requires a longer period.
- If there has been no activity with respect to the gift card in the 36-month period after the date the gift card was issued, World Travel, Inc. will charge a dormancy fee of $2.00 per month for each month that the card is inactive. If the card’s balance is $5.00 or less, the dormancy fee will be reduced to $1.00 per month. Once the card’s value is reduced to ten dollars or less, you may redeem the gift card for cash equal to the remaining card balance. Once the card has no value, it is invalid. For clarity, no such fees will be charged if it is prohibited by the state where you reside.
- In some states, any balance remaining after the expiration date may transfer to the state.
- You may look up your gift card balance any time at tendercard.net.
- World Travel, Inc. will process personal data it collects as individuals complete the inquiry form located at https://www.worldtravelinc.com/vacation-travel. Such processing will take place in accordance with the company’s privacy policies, which are located at worldtravelinc.com. You may request a copy of World Travel, Inc.’s privacy policies by emailing privacy@worldtravelinc.com.
- World Travel, Inc. will use the information you submit to promote its leisure/vacation travel services. This will include sending you information by mail or email. You may opt out of any email communication at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of the email. To opt out of any other kind of mailing, you may send your opt out request to privacy@worldtravelinc.com. You may correct your personal information, or ask to have your personal information deleted, at any time by emailing privacy@worldtravelinc.com.
- World Travel, Inc. will not sell the information it collects during this promotion to any third party. World Travel, Inc. will share your personal information with third parties, such as travel and tour providers, in order to provide services including but not limited to making travel reservations.
- This promotion is not available to residents in AK, CA, HI, IL, TX, UT, because the gift card’s expiration date is not currently printed on World Travel, Inc.’s gift cards.
