Sign up and Log in
A WorldMobile user needs to have World Travel, Inc. traveler profile in order to use the WorldMobile app. After signing up, be sure to validate your profile by entering your TSA-required data as prompted. When you’ve entered your information and clicked Sign Up, you will be sent an automated email. Follow the link we email you to complete your activation.
Please Note: Your existing login for your online booking tool or your company computer/network will not work. You must sign-up as a new user once you've downloaded the app.
Sign-up Tip: Your sign-up info needs to match your traveler profile data (all that TSA-required data we use when booking your tickets). Make sure there are no typos, or we might not be able to match your profiles!

WorldMobile users also benefit from automatic push notifications about gate changes and flight cancellations or delays. When you register for WorldMobile, users are automatically registered to receive alerts about flight changes.
For World Travel, Inc. travelers who do not have or use a SmartPhone, FlightStats Alerts can also be sent out via email or SMS text. When you book your travel through World Travel, Inc., you will receive an email with an option to opt in for World Travel Trip Alerts and choose your preferred method of communication.
The app is available for iPhone running iOS 8.1+, Android running 5.0+ and Blackberry 10 devices.
You can use the “forgot your password” link found on the login page to have a temporary password sent to the email used to sign into WorldMobile. To change your password once signed into the app, go to menu, app settings, then select password.
No. You must register for WorldMobile separately, using the "Sign Up" option on the WorldMobile login screen. You will need to enter the same information found in your World Travel profile, specifically: email address, first and last name, mobile phone number, date of birth. After signing up you will receive a registration email. Click on the provided link in the email to be redirected to a registration confirmation site. Then, you will be able to log into the app and see your trips.
In order to use WorldMobile you must have a completed traveler profile and have signed up for WorldMobile. If you have saved your traveler profile in Sureware or your online booking tool and have signed up for WorldMobile, and still can’t login, validate that you have completed the actions below. Did you receive a registration email? If No: You may not have entered the correct email address during registration or the registration email may have been flagged as Junk. Confirm the spelling of your email address and check your Junk folder. If you used the correct email address and there is no email in your Junk folder, contact the World Travel Online Helpdesk at email@example.com or 800-221-4730. If yes: Did you click the link and get redirected to the “Registration Successful” web page? No: Click the link in the email and attempt to log in again. Did that work? No: Contact the World Travel Online Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-221-4730. Yes: Does the error response say “Invalid username/password”? No: Contact the World Travel Online Helpdesk at email@example.com or 800-221-4730. Yes: Try the ‘forgot your password” option to reset your password.
Navigate to app settings and select notifications. To turn off push notifications un-check the box next to “Receive travel alerts”. To turn on, check the box.
Simply forward any itinerary confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your email box.
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, have at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number. New passwords cannot be any of your last five passwords.
Some accounts may not be able to access and edit their travel profile yet due to the complexity of their profile configuration. Once a suitable solution has been found for complex configurations, this functionality will be made available.
The archive function was removed in WorldMobile version 3.0 and above. All past trips can now be found in the past itineraries section.
