EXTON, PA. – January 30, 2020 — World Travel, Inc. has announced the launch of its new Hotel Shopping Bot powered by TRIPBAM, which provides companies and travelers with a fully automated hotel re-shopping service in order to secure lower hotel rates.

With its new offering, World Travel sends hotel bookings to TRIPBAM where they are monitored daily. When a lower rate is found at the same property, TRIPBAM automatically rebooks the same room at the reduced rate.

“World Travel is focused on delivering the latest technology and best service to our clients to help them achieve better travel program results,” said Natalie McClaskey, Director of Product Management at World Travel, Inc. “By partnering with TRIPBAM to power our new Hotel Shopping Bot, we’re able to help companies reduce their hotel costs and bring down the number of out-of-program hotel bookings made by travelers.”

World Travel, Inc. is offering its Hotel Shopping Bot in two different models, Essential and Premium. For the Essential model, customers enjoy automatic rebooking and daily rate shopping at like-for-like properties. Premium customers additionally gain the ability to customize their re-shopping configurations to allow for clusters of properties in a geographic region and also benefit from enhanced reporting and analytics.

“We’re proud to be powering World Travel’s Hotel Shopping Bot,” said Steve Reynolds, CEO of TRIPBAM. “Both companies believe in bringing the best innovations and technology to the midmarket and we’re happy to be working with World Travel to do so."

World Travel, Inc. Hotel Shopping Bot is now live and available to clients.
