Fieldin Culbreth here. Tara, I can't
thank you enough for your help yesterday. Getting me home a day
early was huge. Needless to say I spend enough time away from my
kids during the season so for you to be able to change that ticket
was very helpful and I truly appreciate it. I was in a meeting at

Good morning,
I’m writing to say “thanks” for your
help last night in getting me onto another flight going to
Harrisburg. The original flight was cancelled when the pilot did not
show up. Standing in a “service” line with about 100 other stranded
passengers I made a call to your 800 number and your associate got
me a flight onto the next outbound. I was traveling from Charlotte.
While waiting in line for the next
flight it became apparent that over a dozen or more people where not
as fortunate as I was in getting a seat on that flight.
In this day and age of “internet
booking” sites it’s nice to know there remains a “service” focused
organization.
I am sorry that I cannot recall the
name of the agent. In the stress of moment and lacking a pen I did
not have a chance to write down her name.

Hello Heather,
I would like to express to you my
gratitude and respect for Monica Gibson at World Travel. I had
difficulty in returning home from our New DM Meeting in Philadelphia
due to my flight being cancelled. Monica went beyond the call of
duty to notify me of the cancellation and to do everything in her
power to get me home safely and timely.
She called me hours before the flight
was to depart to notify me of the cancellations and began a whirl
wind of solutions to get me back to Austin, TX. Not only did she
call me several times during the process, she also called me the
next day to make sure I arrived at home safe and sound. At the
airport I had two separate ticket agents comment, how lucky I must
be to have a company that cares so much about me.
It is wonderful to
have Monica as a team partner.

On Monday September 10, 2007 I was
scheduled to travel to Las Vegas. American Airlines notified me as
I was en-route to the airport of the cancellation of my flight. I
was on a conference call and promptly switched over to call World
Travel. Diane came on the phone to assist me. She was wonderful,
she allowed me to hang up, go back to my other call and kept calling
to bring me up to date. She held for about 30 minutes with American
to speak to someone and have me re booked to US Airways flight. I
arrived in Las Vegas within an hour of the originally scheduled time
of arrival. Diane not only made sure I was re accommodated but
remembered to enter this into the record before she left for the
day. I had to call back and verify some information she had given
me and it was readily accessible. I am extremely grateful to Diane
for her persistence and fortitude in gaining me a coveted work
around to a bad situation. I saw a number of frustrated and upset
parties at the airport because Dallas was shut down. I had Diane on
my side and working for me. What a comfort to know I could call
World Travel and land my problems in your lap and be sure that I
will be handled in such a great manner.

I am not sure if you will remember me but I spoke to you several weeks about the Customer Service Conference in Portsmouth, Va.. During our conversation you stated that you have one of your employees contact me who would be handling our travel plans. You referenced the employee that would be working with me, Chris Stetler. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her efforts and above all, her patience. As the site coordinator for air and ground travel, I have been impressed with her willingness to serve our needs and her timely follow-up. I have been working with high level Managers and VP's and they have not hesitated in changing their travel plans and never once has Chris flinched and or even batted an eye. Chris has taken these almost weekly changes in stride and always met my expectations. Chris has been a real pleasure to work with and has made the first part of the conference a real success with all her hard work and efforts.
I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her efforts and thank you for assigning Chris to our project.
