Our Company been dealing with World Travel for several
years now and started utilizing Jessica’s
services by default when our “assigned”
agent was not available and we had to make last
minutes changes to an itinerary. Since that time,
I, as the travel coordinator for the bank, have
dealt with her exclusively --- and for good reason.
Jessica, by far, is probably one of the nicest,
most professional people I have ever worked with!
No matter what I have asked her to help with, she
has come through like a champ. The other people
on my staff who have had occasion to work with Jessica
have also commented on her upbeat personality and
high degree of professionalism. I really enjoy working
with her. She is quite a remarkable person and represents
World Travel very well.
Too many times we are quick to point out the negatives.

In the interest of rewarding excellent customer
service, I just wanted to let you know how much
of a pleasure it was working with Jen Koch at World
Travel today.
My itinerary for this upcoming trip is fairly convoluted,
and needed to be coordinated with two other people.
Despite the fact that she's not our usual booking
agent, Jen was able to easily accommodate all contingencies,
and to be extremely pleasant in the process.
It's great to do business with a travel agent who
is as serious about customer service as we are,
two thumbs up!

I am not sure if you will remember me but I spoke
to you several weeks about the Customer Service
Conference in Portsmouth, Va.. During our conversation
you stated that you have one of your employees contact
me who would be handling our travel plans. You referenced
the employee that would be working with me, Chris
Stetler. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated
her efforts and above all, her patience. As the
site coordinator for air and ground travel, I have
been impressed with her willingness to serve our
needs and her timely follow-up. I have been working
with high level Managers and VP's and they have
not hesitated in changing their travel plans and
never once has Chris flinched and or even batted
an eye. Chris has taken these almost weekly changes
in stride and always met my expectations. Chris
has been a real pleasure to work with and has made
the first part of the conference a real success
with all her hard work and efforts.
I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her
efforts and thank you for assigning Chris to our
