travel need to contact Air Canada Reservations at
1-888-247-2262 or their travel agent prior to the originally
scheduled departure date. Future reservations are subject to
availability and applicable fare rules.
Air Canada continues to monitor developments closely and
will communicate any future changes to its policies, if
necessary. |

Policy Applicability |
Air France is waiving certain restrictions to allow
customers more travel flexibility as tensions in the Middle
East continue.
This policy will allow customers to change both their
travel date and destination without paying the usual service
charge required on most non-refundable economy fares. |

reschedule without penalty.
The new travel must start within one year of the original
travel date.
Changes must be made before the original travel date. |

American’s "Comfort Level Policy", offers
flexibility to all customers, including those with U.S.
domestic and international tickets, by allowing them to make
a one-time change to their travel plans without paying the
standard change fee.
This policy applies to tickets purchased any time through
4/19/03 for travel through 5/18/03.
The policy also applies to passengers who started travel
prior to 3/19/03 and wish to change their return. |

Passenger who are already en route will be able to return
to their airport of origin without paying any of the
penalties required by the fare regulations.
In the case of a change of itinerary, the value of the
ticket already purchased will be taken into account when
calculation the amount due for the new journey.
In the case of cancellation and/or variation of scheduled
flights for operational reasons, passengers holding valid
tickets will receive assistance in the normal way, such as
re-protection on other flights, or a refund for the value of
the unused part of the ticket.
This procedure does not apply to "no show"
passengers (those who fail to check in or show up for their
flights.)
No other exceptions will be made for the period after 6/01/03.

To take advantage of this policy, customers must make the
change by 4/19/03 and no later than their originally
scheduled date of travel. Travel may be rescheduled for any
date through 12/31/03.
International tickets:
Purchased between 3/07 – 3/31/03 (except between
Canada and the U.S.) through 12/31/03 could be
changed. This policy, which is not contingent upon a
military action of "code red", still applies.
American will allow customers who purchase tickets
between those dates for travel through 12/31/03, to
change their itinerary one-time without paying the standard
change fee. Tickets must be changed by 5/31/03, or by
the originally scheduled travel date, whichever is earlier.
Travel may be rescheduled for any date through 12/31/03,
and all re ticketed travel must be completed by that date.
Under both policies, customers changing tickets will be
subject to any fare difference resulting from travel during
a higher cost travel period or day of week, upgraded booking
class |

You can postpone your scheduled travel without incurring
the standard $50 change fee. This waiver of change fee will

will be given the option of requesting a credit for the
value of the unused tickets to be used for up to one year
from original date of purchase.

If your ticket was originally purchased through a travel

flight.
If you purchased your ticket directly with Alaska
Airlines you can cancel your reservation now at alaskair.com.
When you wish to rebook your travel, call 1-800-ALASKAAIR.
If your reservations were booked using an Alaska or
Horizon Air Mileage Plan Award, call 1-800-ALAKAAIR. Miles
can be re-deposited without a fee. Change fees will be
waived in accordance with the Alaska Airlines Assurance
Policy. If your reservations where booked using a Partner
Mileage Plan Award (e.g. British Airways), call
1-800-307-6912. Miles can be re-deposited without a fee.
Change fees will be waived in accordance with the Alaska
Airlines Assurance Policy. |
Customers must contact AirTran Airways prior to departure
but no later than 4/01/03.
Customers who change their itinerary within these policy
guidelines will not be required to pay a change fee,
although they will be subject to availability and applicable
changes in fares.
Customers with paper tickets must contact their travel
agent to make changes.

Policy Applicability |
America West has one of the most customer friendly
ticketing policies in the industry. Those ticketing policies
are being extended for customers who want to change their
travel plans due to the conflict in Iraq.
The administrative change fee will be waived one-time for
each ticket when customers notify the airline during the
time the travel policy is in effect. This policy also
applies to FlightFund members who redeemed frequent flyer
miles for tickets.
Applied to entire route system in the U.S., Canada and
Mexico. |

Customers must all America West reservations at
800-2FLY-AWA (800-235-9292) before their first travel date
to be eligible for a change fee waiver, but they do not need
to rebook their flight immediately. Customers may also ask
their travel agent to notify the airline and rebook their
flight.
To waive the change fee, the new departure date must be
no earlier than 30 days after the original departure date.
Customers have until 10/31/03 to complete their
travel. The airline will make an announcement if it becomes
necessary to extend that deadline.
Customers will be responsible for any difference in fare
and must qualify for all of the requirements of the new
fare.
Customers may change the cities they are flying to and/or
from.
Customers in the middle of a trip on the day the policy
is implemented will be allowed to change their return plans
by standing by for free any time through 3/26/03.

Policy Applicability |
Customers who want to purchase airline tickets for future
travel but are hesitant due to the conflict in Iraq can do
so without incurring fees and penalties. ATA has established
a flexible travel policy that waives standard rebooking fees
for customers who wish to change their plans. This change is
effective immediately.
This policy applies to customers holding tickets issued
prior to 3/19/03. |
Purchase a transatlantic journey between 3/12 –
3/31/03 for travel in World Traveller or World Traveller
Plus and if you plans change for any reason, you can alter
your flight arrangements once without incurring a change
fee. All changes must be made by 5/31/03 for travel
through 12/31/03. |

Valid on British Airways or Qantas long haul
transatlantic services to any destination British Airways
flies to for travel purchased in North America. Flights on
code share and franchise operated routes are not included. |

Customers will be allowed to postpone their travel and
apply the full value of the unused ticket toward the
purchase of a new ticket, with no change fee, as long as
travel initiated within 90 days from the start of the
conflict.
Customers will need to contact ATA prior to their
originally scheduled departure and make arrangements to
postpone travel. Future reservations will be subject to
availability and applicable fare rules.
Tickets purchased after 3/19/03, will be subject
to rules applicable to the fare purchased.
ATA will continue to monitor the situation and make
policy changes as necessary or appropriate. |
Customers must contact the location where they made their
original booking to make any changes.
For reservations made directly with British Airways or
via ba.com, changes must be made by calling 1-800-AIRWAYS.
Bookings through Travel Agencies or online partners (i.e.
Expedia, Travelocity) must be referred to original travel
agencies/partners.
Once the changes have been made, you can retain your
tickets for use on your rebooked journey with British
Airways.
All changes to a booking must be at least 72 hours prior
to the outbound departure date.
"No show" passengers will not be permitted to
make changes and will forfeit the value of their ticket.
Tickets remain non-refundable, and cancellations and full
refunds will not be permitted.
Add-ons booked as part of an eligible transatlantic long
haul fare are included in this promotion. |

Continental’s new policy allows customers to
immediately change their domestic and international travel
plans without the standard change fee.
Customers who have purchased tickets for U.S. domestic
and international travel through 5/18/03 may make a
one-time change to their travel plans without paying the
standard change fee. Customers must make the change by the
earlier of 4/19/03 or their originally scheduled date
of travel. Travel may be rescheduled for any date through 12/31/03.
Policy also applies to passengers who started travel
prior to 3/19/03 and wish to change their return. |
Policy applies to restricted-fare transatlantic tickets
issued on/before 3/31/03, for travel scheduled from 3/19-12/31/03;
and domestic U.S. and non-transatlantic tickets issued
on/before 3/19/03 for travel scheduled to begin by 5/31/03.
A refund will not be given, and the customer must pay any
difference in fare. A non-refundable Delta travel credit
will be given if the new itinerary results in a lower fare.
Original reservation must be canceled at least 1 day prior
to originally scheduled departure date. New travel must be
created and tickets reissued by 5/31/03. All travel
must be completed by 12/31/03. Only one voluntary
change is allowed. |

This policy pertains to Frontier’s entire route system,
including Mexico destinations. |
Lufthansa’s policy is effective 3/18/03. This
policy will allow current ticket holders to alter or cancel
their bookings The special provision is valid for Lufthansa
flights to/from the USA, Canada, Near East, Middle East,
Israel & Turkey and is initially restricted to a period
of two months for postponement of travel. |

Customers must call Frontier Airlines reservations at
1-800-432-1FLY (1-800-432-1359) before their first travel
date in order to receive the administrative fee waiver.
Customers may also ask their travel agent to rebook their
flight.
Customers must qualify for all of the requirements of the
new fare, and will be responsible for any difference in
fare.
Customers who are currently mid-trip may change their
return plans by standing by for other Frontier flights, at
no charge, during the first seven days that this policy is
in effect (through 3/26/03).

When, on request of the passenger, travel is rebooked or
rerouted, the full fare of the unused ticket will be applied
towards the purchase of a new ticket waiving rebooking or
reissue fees.
If the value of the new ticket is higher than the
original fare (i.e. seasonal fare application, travel day
i.e. weekend vs. midweek, possible fare differences due to
fare increase, availability), the passenger is responsible
for paying the difference in the applicable fare.
If the value of the new ticket is lower due to the
parameters listed above, the passenger will receive a credit
for the difference in the form of a non-refundable MCO
towards future travel.
Partially used tickets will fall under the respective
fare rule. Should the passenger simply want to change the
date of return, Lufthansa will do so waiving the change
penalty. All other fare rule items apply. Changes to
non-refundable tickets must be arranged at least 24 hrs
prior to originally scheduled departure.

returned to the customer’s account waiving the service
charge. In case of rebooking, the rebooking fee will be
waived. Flights may only be rebooked onto another
"Miles & More" airline partner.
This waiver will be afforded to the passenger only once
during the qualifying travel dates. Any further changes,
during the qualifying period, are subject to the fare rules,
unless Lufthansa has given an extension to the waiver.
Waivers to this policy will not be made.
In case of Lufthansa flight cancellations, the standard
involuntary rerouting procedures apply. |

charged any difference in fares applicable to peak travel
periods, day of week, booking class availability, and tax or

Customers must reschedule or cancel their travel prior to
the original departure of their flight; ""no
shows" are not eligible to rebook or have the original

Passengers who purchased ticket on/before 3/19/03
with international travel plans that depart on/before 6/19/03
may change their travel through 12/15/03 without
penalty. This policy applies to tickets for travel across
the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans or within Asia.
International ticketed passengers or travel agents must
advise NW/KLM of their intent to change their ticket prior
to their originally scheduled flight or by 4/19/03,
whichever comes first. The new international flights do not
have to be rebooked at this time but all travel must be
completed by 12/15/03.

include passengers ticketed on code-share flights, provided
the coupon is designated with the LX flight number.
The rescheduled travel can be for any date through 12/31/03.

the passenger may elect to receive an MCO with an equal
value of their ticket. This travel credit can be used
towards any future travel on SWISS within one year from the

original fare, the fare difference must be collected. If the
new fare is lower, then an MCO will be issued for the
difference.
For all passengers ticketed with a fare subject to a
cancellation fee, an MCO can be issued for the value of the
cancellation fee. This travel credit can be used towards any
future travel on SWISS within one year from the original
date of travel.
Passengers who prefer to rebook their travel for a future
date, the change fee will be waived. |

U.S. and Canada may be rescheduled to originate on/before 6/17/03.
Customers scheduled to fly to/from Europe, the Caribbean
(including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and
Mexico during the 90-day flexible travel period may
reschedule travel to originate on/before 12/15/03.
The "Peace of Mind" flexible travel policy
applies to all US Airways itineraries that include travel 3/19-6/17/03.
The policy applies to tickets purchased, and award tickets
issued on/before 4/02/03. |

Conditions for the postponed/rebooked itinerary are

With "Peace of Mind" customers traveling on
Dividend Miles award tickets will be able to reschedule
award travel without incurring fast ticket, reissue,
redeposit or change fees.
Customers who have purchased US Airways tickets through a
booking source other than US Airways, such as a travel Web
site or travel agency, should contact the booking source to
request changes.
The name of the original passenger traveling must remain
the same as on the original tickets. No name changes will be
allowed.
"No shows" for a flight will not be eligible to
rebook under this new policy.

This policy is applicable for passengers holding existing
reservations or for new booking tickets for travel between
the US and the UK, and for travel between the UK and Hong
Kong, Shanghai, Delhi and Tokyo. Passengers will be able to
cancel their bookings and rebook at a later date, without
having to pay a cancellation charge or change fee.
Passengers should retain their tickets to be used as credit
toward their next journey with Virgin Atlantic.
Policy is only applicable for bookings made and ticketed
by 3/25/03. Reservations must be rebooked by 5/31/03.
All travel on the revised itinerary must be completed by
12/31/03. |

Conditions for changes/cancellations.
Reservations may either be cancelled and tickets used as
credit towards future transportation, but tickets must be
rebooked for future dates by 5/31/03.
The passenger will be charged for any difference in
fare due to changes in taxes, more expensive travel period,
(i.e. Summer/Easter/Christmas), day of week (i.e. weekend),
higher booking class or cabin. Refunds will be given where
the change results in the passenger traveling in a lower
travel period, day of week, booking class or cabin and where
taxes have reduced in price. All changes must be made at
least 72 hours prior to departure. All advance
purchase/minimum and maximum stay requirements must be
adhered to.
The names of passengers must remain the same as the
original tickets.
Any passenger who "no shows" for a flight will
not be eligible to rebook under this policy. All changes to
dates/destinations are subject to availability. |
